If you are a member (parent or Talentmaster) hosting a Talentnook at your home, some of your personal information such as name and address will be visible to other members; or if you are a Talentmaster, your name, email, phone number and profile details (such as education, language, photos, availability, profile description, fees, feedback and other related profile information) will be visible to other members.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. For example, some of your information, such as photos, name, feedback, fees, travel distance and relevant teaching information may also be visible to non-members. Photos of Talentnook lessons may also get shared with Talentmasters, parents and students.
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Talentnook Inc., our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Your access to and control over information
